We’ve already started filming for 10 days, although it has not been too laborious, but everyday we still had to film. Sharing these new photos with everyone, I’ve let you all waited for along time.

Our main lead actor Lou Yu Jian, in drama is my husband.

The lovable Chen and myself as a pregnant woman, we’re comparing the size of our tummy (though it looks like his might be bigger than mine..hehehe).

In drama, he plays my childhood friend.

I have just completed “A Thousand Tears” drama, and now packing up to go to Hengdian to begin filming new drama “Jiu Xin Yu Min”. I’m a bit exhausted….These photos taken during “A Thousand Tears” filming give me many happy memories. Intimate group of friends, they are very lovable people!

20 Chapter 1900s drama 《九姓渔民》 begins filming

Hangzhou TV Limited company held a grand opening ceremony for its 20 chapter TV serie 《九姓渔民》 on April 19th, estimated to cost 800 millions yuan. It is reported, 《九姓渔民》 (Jiu Xin Yu Min) will be a love story set during the first years of the Republic of China located in the Zhejiang Province. At the end of the Yuan dynasty when Chen You Liang was defeated, his descendants and generals wereshipped home and forbidden to hold any public offices or association, they were known as “九姓渔民”. 300 years later — The story centers on a Huizhou merchant name Zhu Fu (acted by Lou Yu Jian), who in trying to escape from an arranged marriage, was rescued by a fisherman’s daughter Chen Xue Mei (acted by Li Qian). Zhu Fu will witness first hand experience of the fishermen’s pitiful bitterness and distress and will eventually help to establish the famous “Wu jiapi” liquor.

“Yan Zhi Xue” feedback

Yesterday I visited “Yan Zhi Xue” forums, it has been a very long time since I have gone online. I was unprepared for the feedback. Although I knew the feedback could be critical when I took on Ah Tao’s role, but nevertheless the comments brought down my mood. I’m quite contraditory, on one side I very much want everyone to support our drama, but at same time I am afraid of harsh comments. I have always though that no matter what kind of role I developed, so long as the comments are about the characters…but the audience seem to have also hated me… I felt bad. I called my friends to seek for comfort and they said I should not be bother by those comments. They also tried to brighten my mood by saying that if there is strong criticism from the audience it also means you left an impression in their heart; therefore I should be happy. The audience may criticized you now, because they are into the drama, but after the broadcast they should be able to distinguish between the character vs. the actor. As usual, my mood was restored thanks to my friends. I continue to hope the audience will support our drama. Of course, I hope the audience will know Ah Tao and myself are different people.

Challening self-drama “Yan Zhi Xue”

I heard that “Yan Zhi Xue” is broadcasting very well in Shanghai. Haha, I’m not sure how everyone thinks of my Ah Tao ? This is my first time playing a major villain character; therefore I was very hesitant during filming. But after I read the script and found out that Ah Tao would become very bad and do many dishonorable things, I felt this kind of role would be challengin for me. Before, I used to act mostly as romantic young girl. But I knew taking on the role of a malicious woman could enhance my performance skill.
